Kurdistan Technical Institute hosts the graduation ceremony for the first cohort of the Higher Institute of Chartered Accountants.

On Sunday, July 19, 2026, Kurdistan Technical Institute hosted the graduation ceremony for the first cohort of the Higher Institute of Legal Accountants – Sulaymaniyah, for the 2025–2026 academic year.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Aram Mohammed Qadir, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Head of the Institute\'s Supervisory Board, along with a number of officials and academic figures.

Prof. Dr. Rebwar Mala Nabi, Director of Kurdistan Technical Institute, and Dr. Yadgar Abbas Homer, legal accountant and head of the Higher Institute of Legal Accountants – Sulaymaniyah branch, warmly welcomed the Minister of Higher Education and the accompanying delegation.

The ceremony included several segments, among them a speech by the Minister of Higher Education and the presentation of certificates and awards to graduates and faculty members.
