Announcement of the Charity Club and the Panel “Giving Together: A New Initiative to Promote Charity”

In the presence of Dr. Hawzhin Hassan, Authorized Director of Maya Education Company; Dr. Rebwar Mallah Nabi, Dean of the Institute; and a significant number of teachers and students, the announcement of the Charity Club and the panel “Giving Together: A New Initiative to Promote Charity” took place on Tuesday, 4/2/2025, in the conference hall of Sheikh Fakhr Sheikh Tayeb.

Student Hunar Qasim from the Department of Nursing, along with Media Club member Goyzh Osman, introduced the first project of the Charity Club. As the originator of the idea, they presented The Fish Project of Hope as the club’s first charitable initiative and showed a video to capture the audience’s attention. They expressed their support for the students and highlighted some of their work.

The panel “Giving Together: A New Initiative to Promote Charity” was held with the participation of several teachers:

The panelists discussed the importance of giving and charity with the audience. Mr. Hawzhin expressed his support for the students, thanked all those involved in the initiative, and promised further assistance. In his speech, the Dean of the Institute appreciated the efforts of both students and teachers and expressed his support for any initiative aimed at serving the community.

Following the activities, certificates of appreciation were presented to the activists of the Charity Club and the panelists.
