An international conference on the future of technology management, business, and administration was held in Malaysia.

I participated in this conference as a representative of the Kurdistan Technical Institute with a research paper titled "Deep Learning for Employee Performance Prediction: A Data-Driven Approach to HRM." The 8th International Conference on Technology Management, Business and Administration (ICTMBE 2025) was held jointly by Raparin University, UTHM University in Malaysia, and UNESA University in Indonesia.

During this conference, 96 research papers were presented by researchers from various countries around the world. The research focused on the future of technology management, business, and administration. The conference took place on May 5-6, 2025, in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

The aim of the conference was to bring together researchers and academic and industry leaders to present and discuss the latest advancements and trends in technology management, business, economics, finance, accounting, information technology, and administration.
