In order to facilitate the work for students outside Sulaimani and all high school graduates (scientific, literary, vocational), we would like to inform you that to receive the application form for the academic year (2023-2024) do not need to visit the institute Download yours online.

Follow the following steps to fill out:-

1. The form should be printed on two sides on one sheet of A4 paper.

2. It should be filled in with a blue pencil.

3. Fill in your personal information and paste a color photo.

4. Visit your high schools to fill out and sign your marks.

5. Visit your city or town education department to get a stamp and signature.

6- Then return it to the institute and when submitting the form at the institute, submit the amount of (4000) four thousand dinars.
